Summit Springs Wellness Center is dedicated to offering top-notch care for those grappling with Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health challenges. We provide a wide array of diagnostic, treatment, and educational services in a cohesive manner. Our treatment approach at Summit Springs is rooted in a community-based Outpatient model.
A licensed physician oversees the quality and suitability of care. Under this physician's guidance, a team of qualified and experienced staff, all licensed and credentialed, collaboratively work to achieve the treatment goals.

Clinical Assessment:
Our assessment services will determine the level of care best suited for a client by going through the six dimensions.
Treatment Plan:
Not everyone needs the same care. A personalized treatment plan will be created to meet the need of the individual
Outpatient:
We provide a variety of counseling services in phases to better help an individual overcome addiction in an outpatient setting.
Sober Housing Scholarship Program:
Our team of caring Case Managers will work to assess all of your needs and are prepared to assist qualified participants
